These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our two applications. By accessing, installing, or using either application, you agree to be bound by these Terms:
Easy Khata is a bookkeeping and business-management application that helps businesses manage invoices, bills, sales and purchases, customers and suppliers, and GST records.
Easy Khata Partner is an application for our authorised sales partners, used to refer Easy Khata to new businesses, manage their referral team, and earn commissions on qualifying referrals.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register and use Easy Khata. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Registration as an Easy Khata Partner is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are eligible to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and are eligible to receive commission income under applicable tax and banking laws. Each person may hold only one primary partner account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Easy Khata on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or business bookkeeping purposes. You may not sell, lease, reverse engineer, or decompile the application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Easy Khata Partner solely for the purpose of carrying out authorised partner activities — referring Easy Khata to new businesses, managing your referral team, and tracking commissions you earn.
Access to certain features of Easy Khata may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app store or payment channel you used to subscribe (for example, Google Play, Apple App Store, or our payment partners), and the renewal and refund rules of that channel apply. Eligible direct refund requests must be made within 7 days of the qualifying transaction.
Commissions accrue only after the referred business completes a qualifying paid transaction, and after platform cooling-off periods. Payouts are credited only to verified bank accounts or UPI IDs matching your KYC profile. Commission rules may be revised with reasonable notice.
The applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the application. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important bookkeeping records.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Easy Khata or Easy Khata Partner, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent KYC docs, or engage in suspicious self-benefit referral activities.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
