Frequently Asked Questions

Does my Easy Khata plan renew automatically?

No. Plans are a one-time prepaid term, not a recurring subscription. There is no card kept on file and nothing is charged automatically — you buy a new term when you are ready.

What happens when my plan expires?

Access ends on the expiry date. There is no grace period, so renew before it lapses if you need uninterrupted access. Your data is retained — you regain access once you purchase a new term.

Which platforms does each plan include?

Starter covers the Android and iOS apps. The Web app and Windows desktop app are included from the Growth plan upwards, along with cloud sync across devices.

How many users and businesses do I get?

Starter is a single user and a single business. Growth includes 5 users, and Scale includes 10 users and 2 businesses. Additional users and companies can be added as paid slabs.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try Easy Khata before buying a plan. Moving from the trial to a paid plan is a manual purchase — nothing converts or charges automatically.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund eligibility depends on the plan and the timing of the request. See the Refund and Cancellation policy, or contact support before purchasing if you are unsure.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can move to a higher plan to unlock more users, more businesses and the Web and Windows apps.
