Reminders go out through the Meta Cloud API on your own account, so the one-time credential setup in Business Settings comes first. Meta charges for the messages.
Set when a bill counts as overdue
The due days on the invoice decide that. Each trade starts with a sensible default, and you can change it per customer or per bill.
Leave the reminder schedule on
Once configured, overdue invoices are picked up automatically — you do not send them one by one.
Give them a way to pay
Share your business UPI QR code so the customer can pay on the spot. Per-invoice links with the amount built in are not available.
Example
An invoice for 8,000 is raised with 15 due days. On day 16 it moves into overdue, and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp with the bill attached. The customer pays 8,000 by UPI, you record the payment, and the reminders stop.
Yes. Easy Khata generates GST-compliant tax invoices with multiple GST slabs, HSN/SAC codes, cess and state-code mapping. You can also raise non-GST bills and cash memos if your business is not GST registered.
Yes. Invoices can print on A4, A5 or 80mm thermal rolls. The paper size and template are set once in Business Settings and apply to every bill.
Yes. Invoices can be shared to WhatsApp, email or as a PDF. WhatsApp sending needs your WhatsApp Business API credentials configured once in settings.
Yes. You can set an invoice number prefix, choose the financial-year start month, add terms and conditions, and set a PDF footer. Templates support your own logo and brand colours.
It covers both. Easy Khata replaces the paper bill book for invoicing and the bahi khata or hisab kitab register for customer credit, and adds inventory, GST reports and staff management on top.
