Step-by-Step Instructions
A. Record a Payment In (Receive Money)
- Navigate to Payments > Receive Payment
- Tap Add Payment
- Select the customer or party
- Choose payment mode (Cash, UPI, Bank, etc.)
- Enter the amount and link invoice (optional)
- Add remarks or reference number (optional)
- Tap Save to complete
B. Record a Payment Out (Make Payment)
- Go to Payments > Make Payment
- Tap Add Payment
- Select the supplier or vendor
- Enter amount, choose payment method
- Link to purchase bills if needed
- Tap Save
C. Link Payment to Invoice or Bill
- While adding a payment, the app shows unpaid invoices or bills
- Select one or more to link
- System auto-calculates the adjusted and remaining balance
D. View and Share Receipts
- Go to the Payment History section
- Select any payment entry
- Tap Share to send via WhatsApp or download as PDF
E. Analyze Payments
- Go to Reports > Payment Reports
