Knowing something is wrong is not much use without the switch that fixes it. This is that switch.
Alerts and history tell you what has happened. Neither closes anything. When a phone is lost, a staff member leaves, or a session is still open on a machine that has been sold, what is needed is the ability to end that session from wherever you are.
The device list does exactly that, and it is worth visiting occasionally rather than only in a crisis — every business has one forgotten session on a device that no longer belongs to it.
From any device you are signed in on.
What is signed in right now.
The one that should not be there.
Not only after something goes wrong.
Who can open the books, on which device, and what they are allowed to do once inside. Staff get accounts of their own rather than a shared password, and what each of them can reach is set screen by screen.
Most of it is set up once, early, and then only noticed when something changes — a new device signs in, a bill is cancelled, a role needs tightening.

What tells you to come here.
Yes — that is the point. You can end the session from any other device.

Occasionally. Most businesses have at least one session open on a device they no longer use.
