Reports

Lead, inquiry and campaign reports

Marketing feels productive. These are the reports that say whether it was.

From GrowthAndroid · iOS · Web · Windows

From activity to outcome

Leads captured and campaigns sent are activity. Leads converted is an outcome, and the two are easily confused — particularly by whoever did the sending.

The convert-leads report is the one that matters: how many of the people you chased became customers. Read with the campaign reports, it says which source is worth the effort and which is noise.

Measuring the chasing

  1. 1Capture with a source

So conversion can be traced back.

  2. 2Assign and follow up

So there is something to measure.

  3. 3Run convert leads

    How many actually became customers.

  4. 4Compare sources

    Spend where it converts.

Inside Reports

Roughly 55 reports across sales, purchase, stock, parties, GST, expenses, staff and leads, each filterable by date and exportable as PDF or CSV. They read from the same records the rest of the app writes, so nothing has to be reconciled first.

Daily reports answer “what happened today”, monthly ones answer “what do I owe and who owes me”, and the GST set answers the return.

Questions people ask

Which report shows whether marketing works?

Convert leads — activity is easy to produce, conversion is not.

Can I compare sources?

Yes, where leads are captured with the source they came from.

Do campaigns report on delivery?

The campaign reports cover what was sent and who it reached.

Measure conversion, not activity

Sending is easy to count. Converting is the number that pays.
