Attendance is marked daily and forgotten monthly. These are the reports that make the month answerable.
The attendance report shows who was present and when. The employee report is the record of the person. The transaction report is the money: salary paid, advances given, what has been recovered.
Together they settle the questions that otherwise rely on memory — how many days someone worked, what they have drawn this year, and whether an advance is still outstanding.
Daily, through the month.
Who worked how many days.
Salary from the register.
What was paid and what is outstanding.
Roughly 55 reports across sales, purchase, stock, parties, GST, expenses, staff and leads, each filterable by date and exportable as PDF or CSV. They read from the same records the rest of the app writes, so nothing has to be reconciled first.
Daily reports answer “what happened today”, monthly ones answer “what do I owe and who owes me”, and the GST set answers the return.
